Is scoil lánghaelach Caitliceach í Gaelscoil Dara faoi phátrúntacht Easpag na Gaillimhe. Bunaíodh an scoil i 1984. Is í aidhm na scoile seo, mar ghaelscoil, oideachas de ardchaighdeán a chur ar fáil tré mheán na gaeilge dár scoláirí i suíomh a thabharfaidh deiseanna dóibh blaiseadh de chultúr, de cheol agus de oidhreacht na tíre seo.
Is eagraíocht chomhionannais an scoil agus cuirfear an fhealsúnacht sin i bhfeidhm i gcónaí i measc na múinteoirí agus na ndaltaí. Cothófar meas ar gach duine sa scoil dá réir.
Information
Gaelscoil Dara is an all-Gaelic Catholic school under the patronage of the Bishop of Galway. The school was founded in 1984. The aim of this school, as an Irish school, is to provide a high quality education through the medium of Irish for our students in a setting that will give them opportunities to taste the culture, music and heritage of this country.
The school is an egalitarian organization and that philosophy will always be implemented among the teachers and students. Everyone in the school will be respected accordingly.
